To ensure we provide your home with the highest quality of care, we do not:

❌ Wet wipe light bulbs
❌ Pick up clutter
❌ Clean your iron
❌ Do laundry
❌ Wash dishes
❌ Clean Biohazards like Mold
❌ Remove animal waste | litter | insects
❌ High-to-reach areas (more than a 2-step ladder)
❌ Wash exterior windows
❌ Re-clean after an unaffiliated service (like painting) was done
❌ Cabinet and drawer interiors
❌ Black scuff marks on walls or floors
❌ Decks
❌ Balconies
❌ Window glass, screen, tracks and frames
❌ Light organizing required before our cleaners show up
